We always believe the more the detergent, the better and always link cleanliness with the amount of product. Unfortunately, our friendly fabric\nsofteners are not so friendly when it comes to Turkish Towels<\/strong>. They contain silicon, so yes, they soften the\nfabric in the short term but when it comes to the big picture, they actually turn\nyour towels water repellent and make it impossible to wash them perfectly. You\ncan again use vinegar to give your Turkish\nTowels<\/strong> the softness you desire. One cup of vinegar about every 3-4 weeks is\ncompletely healthy and it definitely provides the softness you seek. It will\nremove the soapy residue and restore the full absorbency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using\nBaking Soda:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mixing half a cup of baking soda\nwith your normal amount of detergent can actually do so much more than you can\never imagine. It has a natural effect of eliminating undesirable odors \u2013such as\nthe forgotten damp towel in your gym bag or the one you used on the beach and\nstill smells like salty water. Baking soda also helps to untighten the fabric\nduring washing and cleans any leftover chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t\nWash Too Many at a Time:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Washing\ntoo many Turkish Towels<\/strong> at once can\nstrain your machine and leaves no room for your towels to rinse. So washing\neverything at once is not a gain \u2013but usually, a lose. This also goes for every\nkind of textile products you can think of!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
